Impact of personnel policy on human resources management: Empirical evidence from Vietnamese enterprises

Human resources have an essential meaning in stability and sustainability of business activities. The quality human contributes to increasing intelligence thinking, as well productivity efficiency all activities enterprise. study aims determine the influence different factors on Vietnamese enterprises’ management, including staffing plans, personnel selection, employee use, resource training, rating, bonus policies. Exploratory factor analysis is employed test related research model. sample comprises 417 leaders working at enterprises surveyed 2021. paper uses panel data regression using OLS method. selected are diverse industry size ensure representativeness based Ho Chi Minh City. results elicit that plans policies two six positively affect management enterprises. findings also show has most substantial impact management.
